Architecturally designed to create a comforting ambience, Magnolia House boasts large courtyard views across from each and every room. Residents can view the beautiful garden blooms from the large communal courtyard and enjoy a cuppa with their loved ones in our inhouse dining area.
In addition to nursing staff, we ensure that our lifestyle staff spend extra time each week in Magnolia House to provide needed support and stimulation to residents with dementia.

Aged care fees paid for permanent residential care are income and asset tested therefore not all resident’s are required to pay all fees that are listed. Please call and ask to speak with our Community Relations Officer for a more realistic overview of the potential aged care fees that may apply to you or your family member.

Care fees and accommodation payments that you are required to pay are determined by the Services Australia upon completion of a the applicable means tested form.
A Basic Daily Care Fee is required to be paid by all residents. This fee is set by Services Australia and equates to 85% of the full single rate of Aged pension. The fee amount is reviewed 20th March and 20th September each year, in line with the pension increase.
A Means Tested Care Fee may also be applicable and is determined by the outcome of the means test assessment via Services Australia.
