You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to quality standards, drive process improvements, and foster a culture of quality. Your attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced care environment will be crucial to your success in this role.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and guidelines in accordance with aged care industry best practices and regulatory requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Collaborate with various departments to establish quality objectives, define key performance indicators (KPIs), and track progress toward quality goals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Monitor and analyse quality metrics, preparing reports and presenting findings to management, highlighting trends and suggesting improvement strategies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Stay abreast of industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging quality management trends, recommending and implementing relevant updates to our quality systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Manage and supervise one team member<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Qualifications and Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Relevant qualifications in health, management, quality or related discipline or equivalent experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proven experience in quality control\/assurance roles, preferably in an aged care or health service-oriented environment.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Highly developed interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills including the ability to build effective relationships to achieve desired outcomes.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A consultative approach to problem solving and the ability to get things done.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrated high level written communication skills including previous experience developing policy related documents and high-level report writing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The following will be highly regarded;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Demonstrated knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and operational guidelines<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) or other relevant certifications or studying toward<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Contact the CEO on\u00a0<a href=\"tel:03 5127 7488\">03 5127 7488<\/a>\u00a0for further information and a full position description<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Are you passionate about maintaining high standards and ensuring quality excellence?
